Dr. Adriana Torres-O'Connor - President & CEO of Mental Health Partnerships

Dr. Adriana Torres-O’Connor, PsyD, MBA, MSW, is the President & CEO of Mental Health Partnerships, a peer-centered recovery organization transforming behavioral health through advocacy, services, and training to individuals and families on the journey of recovery from behavioral health and addiction challenges. Dr. Torres-O’Connor is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in community behavioral health. She earned her Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from Widener University in Pennsylvania and also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University. She is the first Latina to lead Mental Health Partnerships in its history. Her career has involved overseeing, designing, and developing innovative, recoveryoriented programs to tap into the strengths and resilience of individuals and families experiencing behavioral health and addiction challenges to support recovery and wellness. Her holistic and integrative approach to behavioral health and addiction recovery services, her deep commitment to serving the most vulnerable, and her innovative work in the field of behavioral health are trademarks of her leadership. She is a member of a number of professional associations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), American Psychological Association (APA), Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) and Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley (HLNDV).
