Another high-profile Philly restaurant has shut down without much explanation!
Wahlburgers, the famous Wahlburg family restaurant chain, has officially closed its Northern Liberties location, and rather abruptly. The location has been open since 2016, and last week, the business said a plumbing problem had caused them to close, but they said they'd reopen. Now, they're saying it's officially closed for good, and inviting people to visit any of their other 32 restaurants in North America and the UK. Seems kind of odd, no?
The company, as many know, is founded by exec chef Paul Wahlburg, and his famous brothers, Mark and Donnie.
