On Friday night I went to the Philadelphia Zoo to see LumiNature - the multimedia light and music spectacular! Besides being excited about LumiNature I was also very excited about what I was going to do that evening. I was going to propose to my girlfriend of three years! My 19 year old daughter and her 17 year old daughter along with a family friend were also coming with us! This was going to be so special! The Philadelphia Zoo was awesome. First, thanks to Dana who let me stash my sign and the stuffed dolphin at the Zoo. Then Carl who was a great help that night giving me my sign and dolphin without being seen! My girlfriend Yvonne loves Pink Flamingos so I knew I was going to propose at the flock of plastic flamingos that forms a 25-foot-tall tree! It is a really nice private spot. I came from the shadows with my illuminated sign that I bought which said... 'Will u marry me'.... I got on one knee, Yvonne was surprised and loved the proposal! She said YES! We are so Happy!
